Accommodations

Day 1-2: Palma de Majorca, Spain Private transfer to your hotel in for a 1 night stay. Majorca is an island, belonging to the Balearic Islands, with steep erratic cliffs and olive groves of more than a thousand years old. It is an island of contrasts. The south is touristy with hotels, bars, restaurants, shops and a vibrant nightlife. In the north lie rocky valleys, sleepy villages shrouded in bougainvillea and breath-taking views. The city of Palma de Majorca is dominated by the breath-taking Gothic cathedral, high above the waterfront on the site of a former mosque. Embarkation on board MS EUROPA 2, departure on day 2 at 00.00 hours.

Day 3: Ibiza city, 07:00-00:00 hours. Hip evening life, typical Ibiza lifestyle, bars, amorous clubs and a UNESCO-protected old town – the iconic party island welcomes you with a unique blend of culture and breath-taking nature. A visit to the restaurants and boutiques of Ibiza Town or rather a stylish beach day in one of the famous beach clubs?

Day 4: La Savina, Formentera, 08:00-19:00 hours. On the smallest Balearic island with its charming harbour, it is much quieter than on the neighbouring island of Ibiza. By car, scooter, bicycle or on a tour, explore the island. During a catamaran trip you can relax on deck or swim in the sea.

Day 5-6: Barcelona, Spain; 13:00-18:00 hours the next day. Barcelona was and is the city of artists, footballers, street artists and epicureans. Dozens of museums, architectural highlights and other places are worth a visit. With 3.3 million visitors a year, Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia is by far the most popular attraction.

Day 7: Porquerolles, France; 12:00-19:00 hours. An old fortress and Caribbean-looking sandy beaches invite you to linger. Get to know the quiet island, which attracts many stars, individually on foot or by bike.

Day 8: Sanary-sur-mer, France; arrival in the morning until 23:00 hours. This car-free city on the Côte d’Azur, with its charming port, is the starting point for a visit to Marseille, the oldest city in France, with a lively centre and the unmistakable landmark Basilica Notre-Dame de la Garde. As part of a cooking class, top chefs in Provence will tell you about their excellent cuisine.

Day 9: Cruise day at sea. Today you have all the time you need to enjoy the luxury on board the MS EUROPA 2.

Day 10: Palma de Majorca, Spain; arrival 04.00 hours. Your cruise has come to an end. You will leave the MS EUROPA 2 this morning.
