Day 1-2: St. Maarten Private transfer to your hotel. Salt used to be the gold of the port of Philipsburg. Nowadays, true gold, silver and diamonds are the most important commodities. The Holland House has the most beautiful terrace on the Great Bay. Embarkation on board the Seabourn Odyssey.
Day 3: St. Kitts; 08:00-17:00 hours. A narrow strait separates the small, volcanic islands of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Day 4: Anguilla; 08:00-17:00 hours. A lovely day at the beach; sand and swimming. The sight of coming and going of boats and ships never bores.
Day 5: St. John’s, Antigua 08:00-22:00 hours. St. John’s is the capital of Antigua. You will nd traces of the Indian inhabitants and of the English and French who fought for the property, but nowhere do you forget that you are in the Caribbean. Shop lovers will de nitely be short of time.
Day 6: Guadeloupe (ile des saintes); 08:00-18:00 hrs. The butter y-shaped Guadeloupe is a French department.
Day 7: St. Lucia, 08:00-18:00 hours. The lively Castries has a green setting of the 260 meter high Morne Fortuné, with a historic fortress on it.
Day 8: St. Vincent, Grenadines (Bequia); 08:00-17:00 hrs. Bequia is a small island of about 18 km2 with an indigenous population consisting of people of African, Scottish and Caribbean origin. The capital is Port Elizabeth on the west coast.
Day 9: Bridgetown, Barbados; 07:00-23:00 hours. The island was owned by the English for three centuries. Just o the coast is a coral reef, ideal for snorkelling or diving. Enjoy the local specialities to the fullest, with a main role for fish.
Day 10: St. Vincent, Grenadines (Mayreau); 08:00- 17:00 hours. The smallest inhabited island in the Grenadines is Mayreau, which is covered with palm trees. The island is blessed with breath-taking beauty. A fantastic destination to enjoy the beautiful beaches.
Day 11: Roseau, Dominica, 08:00-18:00 hours. The colourful French-colonial houses of Roseau make a cheerful impression. There are plenty of shops selling souvenirs, especially those made of wood and gourds are popular.
Day 12: Guadeloupe (Basse-Terre); 08:00-18:00 hrs. During your exploration of the tropical rainforests of Basse-Terre you will reach the bubbling volcano La Soufrière. Or go search for birds, bats and mongoose.
Day 13: St. Barts; 08:00-23:00 hours. From an 18th century free port for buccaneers, St. Barth became an extremely luxurious resort island. The St. Tropez of the Caribbean’ has not only French but also Swedish traces in its past history. But the water is by no means Scandinavian, but azure blue, with a beautiful ora and fauna.
Day 14: St. Kitts; 08:00-18:00 hours. A narrow strait separates the small, volcanic islands of St. Kitts and Nevis, from afar visible with their highest point around 1000 meters.
Day 15: Jost Van Dyke; 08:00-17:00 hours. Relax in the natural jacuzzi on the east side of the island and keep a sharp eye on whales and dolphins from the Seabourn Odyssey.
Day 16: St. Maarten; arrival 07:00 hours. Disembarkation, end of journey.
